I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The hotel had a lot of parking space, which made it easy to find a spot for my car. The rooms were spacious, and I was happy to see that pets were welcome too. The hotel was also located close to the autostrada and the historical center, making it convenient for transportation and sightseeing. The breakfast was good, and overall the hotel facilities were clean.

Very well placed near the city centre. Large spacious rooms and public areas. The hotel has its own restaurant and "pasticceria". Despite lying on a very busy road it was extremely quiet inside. Generous buffet breakfast.

The hotel is located near a noisy and busy main road, making it hard to sleep at night. The outdated decor and poorly maintained facilities, in tandem with the pungent odour of stale cigarette smoke, made the stay quite unpleasant.

Basic rooms, new hotel, parking, very clean and quiet rooms.

Location (peripherial zone with much traffic), simple breakfast, indifferent staff, no fridge in rooms (for a 3 stars hotel!).

The big big double bed is sooo good, and the room space is quite OK, not that crowd. Bathroom is also verry tidy and clean.

We missed the breakfast time, coz it is offered just before 9:00am. Since we were there for holiday, so we wanna to have a late breakfast. Maybe it can be changed when next time we get there. Another problerm is the distance from the train station to the hotel is really a little bit far and not easy to find... We asked for 4 times till we find it...(it is said that it's within walking distance so we didn't take a taxi)

The bed was comfy and the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast had everything we needed.

overall the hotel made an outdated and messy impression, the breakfast is horrible; too little food for the number of guests, bad coffee and bread and absolutely no re-fills ( so, go early or no food ! ) .... tables were not cleaned and the "waitress" was unbelievably arrogant.

Very helpful and friendly welcome at the desk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the centre, where there are good restaurants. Hotel ahs very good patisserie attached.

This was a great hotel for the price! The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and the hotel very clean! We stayed there as the rooms were very affordable and left us only 20 minutes away from La Spezia's train station where we boarded to visit the cities of Cinque Terre. The hotel and the rooms are a great value and we would definitely recommend it and personally stay there again!

Free internet access from a pc near reception, friendly personnel.

Concierge was so kind to greet me with great smile and she was able to help me promptly whatever I asked.

They could improve on their breakfast, as they have wonderful bakery right in their complex.
